Missy Moo demonstrates my excitement for me after today’s two-hour run off the bike:

post-run situation

Yesterday I let Friday’s treatment with Dr. Ball sink in and had a day off the legs. I did manage to make myself feel better with one of my best swim workouts in years while I was resting the legs for a day, so that was fun.

It was all worthwhile as today I was able to run a couple of hours off of a shorter bike at a pace that would do at an ironman for now. This was encouraging. I know I am not “out of the woods” just yet as just two short days ago I could hardly walk into Dr. Ball’s office. But I will take it!

Is that your closet? If so, I believe you qualify as I’m sure most runners and triathletes do of being a “closet” Imedla Marcos 🙂 Cheers
