My kids!!! Apparently Moo experienced her first Ironman bike check-in in St. George. Love it.
Ok here is the deal for virtual spectating tomorrow:
GCM and Mere start at 5:45AM PST.
I start at 1:45 PM PST.
You can follow all of us on ironman.com. Just click on the race in that pink LIVE box. Both races should have good video coverage too , so be sure to check that out!
When I start the swim here, GCM and Mere will be 8 hours in. Our awesome announcer here, Phil from First off the Bike, has promised to keep me updated on my Cat and the BFF during my race, which will be crucial!
