I studied him in my undergrad when looking at the evolution of training principles & methods & had forgotten about him until now! He was the stotan training method – spartan/stoicism combo, I believe? if it’s who I’m thinking of, I understand your obsession!

Ah long treadmill sessions. I started doing these this year when the weather has been bad and have grown to love them….and i have a tv embedded in it so i can catch up on the news, programs etc whilst checking my stats, how cool.is that?
