Come take advantage of Tucson’s beautiful weather, legendary mountains and trails for an epic training weekend here in the desert.


TUCSON WOMEN’S TRIATHLON CAMP with Hillary Biscay & Alyssa Godesky: August 23-27, 2018

This is a training camp designed for women training for the half-ironman distance and up–the perfect prep for a fall half or full ironman. Come experience some of Tucson & TeamHPB’s iconic training sessions while learning from two of the sport’s most experienced coaches and racers. Our goal is to provide a weekend that both challenges and supports you into leaving a stronger and tougher athlete than you arrived.

Camp includes:

  • Challenging training sessions—swim, bike, and run—alongside Ultraman World Champion, Ironman Champion, & TeamHPB Head Coach, Hillary Biscay and Alyssa Godesky, professional triathlete & TeamHPB coach.
  • 4 nights accommodation (single occupancy) at the Starr Pass Resort
  • SAG support for long rides and pace groups to accommodate athletes of different speeds 
  • Individualized stroke instruction in the pool during swim workouts
  • Swag, courtesy of our sponsors
  • Three group meals
  • Evening education sessions

Sample camp itinerary (subject to change):

Thursday afternoon/ evening: Group welcome dinner and swim technique session 

Friday: Gates Pass/ McCain loop ride and time trial (2-2.5 hours) and afternoon long swim (5-10,000 yards)

Saturday: Day at Parker Canyon Lake: open water swim & skills clinic plus a long trail run.

Sunday: Mount Lemmon Ride (4-5 hours with a mountain climb of 15-25 miles, depending upon ability level) and brick session. Camp dinner at coaches’ house. 

Monday: Run workout on the track followed by an easy spin. 

Camp fee: $1400 or $1300 for TeamHPB athletes. Camp fee includes single-occupancy accommodation with shared living area & kitchen.

A non-refundable deposit of $350 is required to reserve your spot for camp.
